We want you to love your Freda Salvador shoes, but if they aren't the perfect fit, we accept returns and exchanges on unworn items within 30 days of delivery. All items must be returned in their original packaging to ensure a full refund to your original payment method.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Follow the prompts to generate a prepaid shipping label and a return packing slip, then print both documents for your package.

  Pack Your Shoes

  Place the unworn footwear in the original dust bags and shoebox, ensuring the box is protected inside a shipping carton to prevent damage.

  Drop Off and Track

  Affix the prepaid label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping your tracking receipt for your records.
